About Anna

Anna Petrela (she/her) is a Graphic Communications Management student at Toronto Metropolitan University. She has always appreciated design, art, and storytelling for as long as she can remember. Studying graphic design in university showed her that there is a strong overlap between the three. 

She is passionate about an array of topics such as branding/building brand identities, accessibility in digital design, web design and UX/UI design. Anna always aims to tell a story through her work, as she believes design is just another form of communication.

Anna is expected to receive her Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in April 2025. She is curious and always willing to learn new techniques that will enhance her current skill-set.

In her spare time when she is not working on a graphic design project, she is attending yoga classes and cultivating her wellness practice, spending time with her loved ones or re-watching any of the Disney classics on Disney +.
