REIC Leadership Retreat 2025

For this year’s theme of the annual Leadership Retreat, we wanted to showcase how REIC as a company is emerging into a new form as we continue to raise the professional standards, much like a caterpillar takes a new form into a butterfly.

I was tasked with designing the logo concept and visual motifs for this years leadership retreat. Each design choice was made with intention and care. When I think of butterflies, I think of graceful, dainty, and powerful creatures, and I aimed to recreate that with the fine line butterfly.
